The Director of Product Management is a crucial position at H2U. We seek to disrupt the electrolyzer industry by eliminating precious metals and dramatically reducing installed CAPEX to meet the demands of the hydrogen economy where renewables are the cheapest source of energy. The Director of Product Management will be the architect of this disruption, and will be the public face of H2U's role in it.

The Director of Product Management will be the architect of this disruption, and will be the public face of H2U's role in it.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver a detailed product requirements document and product roadmap based on H2U's technology and early adopter customer requirements
Conduct market research to define customer use cases and applications for H2U's key product - the Gramme 50 electrolyzer
Serve as the link and liaison between Engineering and company's customers
Iterate with early customers and Engineering to refine product attributes
Develop go-to-market strategy and plans
Develop detailed business plan including costs, sales channels and forecast for company's electrolyzer products
Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact
Prioritize between existing versus new customers, and between features, architectural improvements and operational excellence
Need to build use cases, business process flow charts, product and market requirements documentation, and conduct User acceptance test and product quality sign-off and product documentation
Manage product escalations and support knowledge transition
Requirements
Highly effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Has managed at least one full product cycle from product ideation to achievement of annual sales target for complex industrial products
Developed comprehensive MRD and PRD in support of the above
Entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources
Proven history of converting learnings from customer insights into tangible product features that customers love
Resolve conflict productively across teams including engineering, legal, finance, sales and operations
10+ years of experience in product management, development, marketing, and sales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA, or equivalent in experience
